Lalamove in Belgium is seeking a Lead, Data Analytics to drive data-driven decisions across product, marketing and operations. You will uncover actionable insights by deep-diving into datasets and presenting findings to senior stakeholders.

You'll lead analytics initiatives, mentor team members, and shape the future of Lalamove products with a strong focus on delivering value and clarity through SQL, Python and modern BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in business analytics, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.

As a Lead, Data Analytics at Lalamove, you will work with a group of passionate and talented people across different teams. You will deep dive into our data and uncover actionable insights to empower Product, Marketing and Operations teams in making informed decisions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for generating value out of data and shaping the future of Lalamove products.

What you will do:

• Data Analysis & Insights : Leverage advanced analytics techniques to analyze complex business problems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Presentation & Communication : Distill complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for Lalamove's senior stakeholders. Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations to the C-level executives.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Extensive experience in business analytics, with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Expertise in handling large datasets using SQL, R, Python and advanced proficiency in analytical tools like Excel or equivalent platforms. e.g., Power BI, Tableau.
