Capgemini Invent is seeking an AI Tech Lead to operate at the intersection of business transformation and technology. You will translate complex challenges into robust architecture designs, support large-scale transformation programmes, and guide AI-enabled business process redesign.

The role requires 4–6 years in data science, engineering or AI solution design, with strong data architectures knowledge and experience in consultancy. English plus Dutch or French is expected.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in data science, engineering or AI solution design, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of modern data and AI architectures and related technologies.
• Experience or interest in process redesign and applying AI in business workflows.
• Familiarity with prototyping approaches and low-code / no-code platforms.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and their enterprise integration.
• Strong communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ownership and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
• Fluency in English and Dutch or French.

Responsibilities

• Define scalable data and AI architectures that translate business strategy into enterprise-ready solutions.
• Redesign business processes with Agentic AI.
• Advise clients on technology strategy, platform choices, and target architectures.
• Lead technical workstreams and guide architecture decisions across transformation programmes.
• Prototype and validate solutions, leveraging low-code/no-code where relevant.
• Ensure solutions scale from pilot to production in line with governance and security standards.
• Evaluate value at different steps of the AI product lifecycle.
