SKF Group in Tongeren, Belgium seeks an Operations Supervisor for its Automotive Business Belgium. You will monitor warehouse operations, lead staff, and implement improvement projects to ensure on-time, correct shipments. The role reports to the Warehouse Operations Manager and involves rotating day shifts.
You will drive safety, quality, and efficiency, coaching teams, and coordinating with transport and planning. Fluent English is required; a graduate degree and IT skills are essential.
By creating bearings and solutions for everything from industrial applications to vehicles, SKF plays an essential role in our everyday lives. In Q4 2026, SKF intends to spin off its Automotive business and list it as a separate company under the name of SKF Vertevo. The role of Operations Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring all warehouse activities and ensure the efficient deployment of personnel and equipment to ship goods accurately, on time, and to the correct destination.
This position will be located in Tongeren, Belgium on a major SKF site. You will report to the Warehouse Operations Manager.
Please note that this role involves rotating day shifts, with morning or afternoon schedules depending on the week.
