Tempo-Team is seeking a Shift Leader for a leading automotive logistics company based in Ghent, Belgium. You will lead and guide a warehouse team to ensure productivity, efficiency, and safety while meeting daily production deadlines.

You will plan, coordinate and monitor warehouse activities, optimize layouts to reduce bottlenecks, and maintain high standards for safety and KPI reporting. The role requires hands-on leadership and close collaboration with maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Leading the warehouse team with daily briefings and performance feedback
• Planning, scheduling and managing daily warehouse activities to meet deadlines
• Optimizing warehouse layout and workflows to maximize efficiency
• Monitoring timely receipt, storage and dispatch of goods
• Maintaining safety standards and conducting audits with corrective actions
• Overseeing warehouse equipment condition and collaborating with maintenance
• Preparing reports on productivity and KPIs
• Documenting procedures and ensuring team compliance
