This position is located in Tongeren, Belgium for SKF Vertevo’s Automotive Business Belgium. You will oversee warehouse operations, ensure timely and accurate shipping, and lead a team of warehouse staff within a site-oriented setting.

Responsibilities include planning, coaching, implementing projects, coordinating with transport, and maintaining quality standards. Strong English communication and IT skills are essential, along with a proactive improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree or equivalent through experience.
• Proven supervisory experience and leadership capabilities.
• Good communication skills in English, written and oral.

Responsabilités

• Plan and monitor warehouse operations; adjust schedules as needed.
• Coach and evaluate warehouse staff; run performance reviews.
• Develop projects and report to Warehouse Operations Manager.
• Monitor and adjust external warehouse activities and procedures.
• Draft and ensure adherence to quality procedures and guidelines.
