ICsense in Belgium seeks a project leader to technically manage IC design and supply projects, ensuring technical quality and timely delivery.

You will lead a team of designers, layouters and testers, coach members, maintain a full view of mixed-signal development, and report progress to the Project Manager. This role requires strong communication in English and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards.

Competenze

• Dynamic and highly motivated engineer in micro-electronics.
• Strong communication and reporting skills, including English.
• 5+ years of relevant industrial work experience.
• Experience with mixed-signal flow tools such as Cadence/Synopsys and Matlab.

Mansioni

• Be the technical lead for an entire project, aligning customer milestones with technical specs and quality standards.
• Daily follow-up of designers, layouters, testers; coach team members with technical expertise.
• Maintain detailed overview of the complete mixed-signal development; organize internal status meetings.
