Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing security controls for AI systems.
• Strong governance and risk management knowledge in enterprise settings.
• Proven ability to translate AI risk into pragmatic security patterns.
• Experience in regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Based in Belgium with hybrid working arrangements.

Responsabilités

• Define AI Security target state, principles, scope and multi-year capability roadmap.
• Design and embed AI Security governance model with gates, RACI, risk acceptance and evidence requirements.
• Develop reusable AI security requirements, reference architectures and patterns.
• Lead AI threat-modelling sessions and security workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business needs into secure AI solution architectures and roadmaps.
