The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of consulting experience, adept at leading client assignments and mentoring teams. Tasks

• You lead complex, high-stakes client assignments across IT Asset & Vendor Management, from strategy to execution.
• You act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for senior stakeholders, translating business goals into pragmatic governance and operating models.
• You mentor and coach consultants, building capability while staying close to the content and delivery.
• You shape methodologies and ways of working, contributing to Leadout’s internal strategy and knowledge frameworks.
• You represent Leadout externally, building credibility and visibility in the market through thought leadership and client outcomes.

Requirements

• You are a senior professional with 6+ years of consulting or project-based experience (or equivalent industry expertise)
• You’re known for clarity, vision, and turning strategy into action.
• You lead without ego and collaborate with intent, building trust across business and IT.
• You are motivated by strategic challenge and collective success.
• You are fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).
