At the same time, you guide and inspire junior experts, helping them grow while strengthening the overall technical quality of the team.

What You Will Do

• Deliver high-quality, hands‑on technical solutions that set the benchmark for quality
• Maintain architectural overview across modules or projects, ensuring consistency and scalability
• Translate client context into sustainable, business‑relevant technical solutions
• Lead technical discussions, workshops, and stakeholder interactions with confidence
• Proactively identify and mitigate technical, delivery, and team‑related risks
• Coach and support junior expert consultants through guidance, reviews, and knowledge sharing

Who We’re Looking For

• Hold a Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering Science, Data Science, or related fields
• Bring strong expertise in a relevant technical domain with hands‑on delivery experience
• Maintain architectural overview while delivering high‑quality, robust solutions
• Communicate confidently with both IT and business stakeholders
• Proactively manage risks and adapt to evolving context and requirements
• Enjoy coaching and developing junior colleagues
• Are fluent in either Dutch or French and have a solid understanding of the other language; strong English skills are required
