Leadout in Belgium seeks a seasoned consultant to own client assignments from analysis to execution, turning ambiguity into clarity and strategy into action.

You’ll work closely with IT leadership and finance teams in a fast-paced, international context, bringing ownership, analytical thinking and a proven ability to translate challenges into practical solutions.

Requirements

• A few years of experience in consulting, advisory, or a project-based environment (any sector)
• Analytical and pragmatic, with a proven sense of ownership
• Known for clarity, structured thinking and turning strategy into action
• Able to build trust quickly with IT leadership and their key stakeholders
• You thrive in a fast-paced, international context
• Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus)
