Job summary

Reuse Trading NV, based in Antwerp, seeks a Trade Coordinator for LATAM to manage end-to-end operations, draft contracts, coordinate shipping, and ensure invoicing for own files. You will liaise daily with traders, customers and overseas partners to keep trades running smoothly.

The role requires fluency in English, Spanish and Dutch, with Incoterms 2020 knowledge a plus. A logistics/Supply Chain degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and you will thrive both independently and in a team,

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Spanish and Dutch as core requirement.

Responsibilities

• Draft purchase and sales contracts for LATAM deals.
• Manage end-to-end operations from bookings to invoicing.
• Serve as liaison between traders, customers and overseas partners.
• Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of documents.
• Guide customers through the logistics process and act as reliable contact.
