Makita N.V. is seeking an export coordination professional responsible for arranging transport, preparing customs clearance details, and liaising with forwarders and partners. You will manage item data, process purchases, and monitor invoices related to export in the inventory system.

The role requires knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, and strong Microsoft Office skills. Fluency in French and English is essential, with a collaborative and detail-oriented approach to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Ability to work accurately and with attention to detail is important.
• Knowledge of export procedures and international transport is required.
• Understanding of customs and excise regulations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Incoterms and product range is required.
• Fluency in French and English, spoken and written, is essential.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) are necessary.

Responsabilités

• Arrange transport and prepare customs clearance information.
• Communicate with forwarders and transport partners.
• Manage item data and register purchases in the system.
• Check and record export-related invoices in the inventory system.
• Review transport documents, certificates of origin, certificates of conformity, EUR1, etc.
• Provide information required for customs clearance.
