Job summary

Reuse Trading NV is seeking a Trader for Latin America to develop and manage trading activities in the region. You will maintain relationships with clients and suppliers and travel to Latin America several times a year to expand opportunities.

You will combine commercial acumen with market insight, negotiate international contracts from start to finish, and collaborate with finance and operations to monitor transactions and risks.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in economics, business or international studies.
• 2–6 years’ experience as a trader or sales professional in international trade.
• Strong commercial skills and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent networking and relationship management skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Dutch and French are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of international market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a network of clients and suppliers; travel to Latin America several times a year.
• Identify new business opportunities and markets within Latin America.
• Negotiate and conclude international trade contracts.
• Analyse market trends and price developments.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to monitor transactions.
• Manage commercial risks and monitor customer credit limits.
• Discuss optimisations and opportunities with the team.
