ING Belgium is seeking an HR Legal & Social Relations Expert to shape and support our social and legal HR framework. You will join the HR Legal & Social Relations Team, advising management on complex matters and representing ING in legal settings.
The role requires a Master’s in Law with social-law specialization, 5+ years in employment law, and strong Belgian labour knowledge. Fluency in Dutch, French and English is essential; GDPR know-how is also expected.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Law with specialization in Social Law.
- Strong knowledge of Belgian labour and social legislation.
- Knowledge of GDPR in HR contexts.
- At least 5 years’ experience in employment law.
- Proven social dialogue and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsabilités
- Monitor labour and social law developments and assess impact.
- Provide expert advice to management on complex social-legal matters.
- Represent ING Belgium in internal and external legal proceedings.
- Lead discussions and negotiations with employee representatives.
- Build relationships with social partners and maintain dialogue.
- Contribute to HR legal policy development and practices.
- Balance legal requirements with business objectives.
