Linklaters Belgium is seeking an enthusiastic lawyer to support its Employment practice across advisory, drafting and litigation in both collective and individual matters. You will collaborate with clients and HR teams on restructurings and contracts, with exposure to international assignments.

You should have 1 to 5 years’ experience, a Belgian law degree, and fluency in Dutch, English and French. The role offers exposure to cross-border work and a dynamic, merit-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in employment law.
• Native Dutch speaker with fluent English and French.
• Belgian law degree; additional qualifications welcomed.

Responsabilités

• Handle advisory and litigation matters in employment law.
• Draft and review employment contracts and termination agreements.
• Assist with collective redundancies and corporate restructurings.
• Interact with clients and HR to understand needs and deliver solutions.
