ING Belgium is seeking an HR Legal & Social Relations Expert to shape and support our social and legal HR framework. You will join the HR Legal & Social Relations Team, a dedicated centre of expertise within Human Resources, responsible for applying social and labour law policies across ING's business units and management teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Law with a specialization in Social Law.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian labour and social legislation.
• Knowledge of GDPR and its application within HR.
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in employment law.
• Experience in social dialogue and negotiations with employee representatives or social partners.
• Proven experience dealing with complex legal cases and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Monitor developments in labour and social law and assess their impact on ING.
• Provide expert advice and practical guidance to management and stakeholders on complex social-legal matters.
• Represent ING Belgium in legal proceedings, both internally and externally.
• Support and lead discussions and negotiations with employee representatives and social partners.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with social partners.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR legal policies and practices.
• Balance legal requirements with business objectives and strategic priorities.
