WLG in Belgium (Waals-Brabant) seeks a hybrid IT Operations professional to deploy and manage server applications on Windows and Linux, and to integrate them with identity providers. You will also configure cloud components in Azure and AWS, support AI-based tools, and contribute to security and compliance processes.

Strong experience with SQL Server, IIS, and .NET, plus knowledge of PKI, networking and Atlassian products, is essential. English fluency is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and IIS-based web applications.
• Good knowledge of cloud deployment on AWS and Azure; solid PKI and networking.
• Software engineering breadth: HTML5, REST and web services, XML, HTTP, identity integration with OAuth/OIDC/SAML2.
• Experience with IIS, JBoss or Apache Tomcat, and .NET applications.
• Extensive experience deploying and managing client-server applications and integration.
• Strong troubleshooting and service orientation; English fluency, French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and manage server applications on Windows and Linux.
• Integrate applications with identity providers; support deployment to end-user workstations.
• Manage Atlassian products across the estate.
• Maintain operational and support environments; monitor performance.
• Configure cloud components across Azure and AWS.
• Deploy, configure and support AI-based solutions and agents; integration with applications.
• Provide second/third line end-user support; resolve issues with minimal disruption.
• Monitor incident process; keep tickets accurate and within SLAs.
• Escalate to vendor support when needed and manage the process.
• Build knowledge base; contribute to requirements analysis and change requests.
• Support security approval and accreditation of applications; ensure regulatory compliance.
