Wlgroup in Mons, Belgium seeks a senior Microsoft infrastructure engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise infrastructure and identity services across secure environments. You will manage Windows Server, AD, PKI and SharePoint while enabling federated identity with AD FS and Entra ID.

You will drive automation, IaC and cloud and on-premise integration, with strong emphasis on security hardening, monitoring and incident response. Fluency in English is required.

• Six+ years designing and running Microsoft enterprise infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and security hardening.
• Hybrid Azure and on-premise integration experience.
• Strong English and technical documentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, configure, operate and troubleshoot Microsoft enterprise infrastructure in secure environments.
• Manage Windows Server platforms end to end: architecture, deployment, patching, migration and decommissioning.
• Design and administer Active Directory: domains, forests, trusts, group policy, authentication, DNS.
• Be the expert on identity and access: AD FS, Entra ID and federation with open-source options like Keycloak.
• Build and maintain PKI, certificates and lifecycle management.
• Run on-prem SharePoint environments: architecture, permissions and content management.
• Design secure integrations with Atlassian, Power BI, Splunk and SQL Server.
• Support cloud reference environment and pipelines: source control, CI/CD and config management.
• Automate with PowerShell and IaC for repeatable work.
• Adhere to security requirements and remediation from reviews.
• Provide root-cause analysis and engage in incident, change and release processes.
• Advise on platform direction, resilience, availability and scale.
