WLG in Belgium (Braine-l'Alleud) seeks an experienced 3rd-line application support engineer. The role covers Windows/Linux servers, Atlassian administration, cloud configuration (Azure/AWS), and AI tooling integration in production.

You will deploy, monitor, and support client apps on workstations, while ensuring service levels and robust documentation. 50% on-site, end of December 2026 focus.

Qualifications

• Real third-line application support experience on Windows and Linux.
• Atlassian administration and configuration in an enterprise setting.
• Cloud configuration in Azure and AWS with identity integration.
• Ability to work to service levels in a support organisation with good documentation habits.
• Interest in AI integration as part of the role's evolution.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and manage server applications on Windows and Linux, and integrate with identity providers.
• Support creation and deployment of client applications on end-user workstations.
• Manage and configure the Atlassian product set.
• Maintain operational and support environments and monitor performance.
• Gather KPIs and support in-service operation of systems.
