SEIDOR in Brussels is seeking a Project Manager – Learning & Development / Training Projects to lead training initiatives for a multinational environment. You will plan, coordinate and deliver programs from needs assessment through implementation, closely working with stakeholders across functions.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of PM experience, a strong background in L&D, and familiarity with AI literacy programs.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years' professional experience in project management.
• Proven track record delivering training or L&D initiatives.
• Experience with online, blended and in-person learning formats.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders and dependencies.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and deliver training projects from need definition to close.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define objectives and training solutions.
• Prepare detailed project plans with scope, timelines and resources.
• Monitor execution, manage risks and provide status reporting.
• Coordinate AI literacy and GenAI training aligned with the strategy.
