SEIDOR Belgium in Brussels seeks a Project Manager (Learning, AI & Digital Transformation) to lead end-to-end training initiatives across offices, including GenAI-enabled programs. You will plan timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience required.
• At least 3 years in project management.
• Experience managing end-to-end training projects, ideally AI-related.
• Experience designing and delivering training for remote offices with online learning.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools in learning and development.
• Proficiency with PM tools and PMI/PRINCE2/PM² certification.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Qlik Sense or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and teamwork, meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
