Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales targets.

You will supervise opening/closing routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and showcase product knowledge and brand awareness while maintaining visual displays and protecting store assets. Expect peak-hour schedule increases and weekend availability.

Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.

Work Schedule Requirements

Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 24 hours per week.

Required availability on Saturdays and some Sundays.

In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

• Education- High School Diploma / G.E.D., or equivalent preferred.
• Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Dutch, required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.

The starting rate for this position is €16.91 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is €16.91 - €16.91 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
