Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure top-notch in-store experiences and daily sales performance. You will influence store operations, coaching the team and representing the brand on the shop floor.

The role requires CEFR B2 English and Dutch, at least 1 year of retail experience preferred, and a high school diploma. Expect varied hours with weekend availability and a starting hourly rate detailed by HR.

Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Work Schedule Requirements

Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 24 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and some Sundays. In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

What it Takes

• Education- High School Diploma / G.E.D., or equivalent preferred
• Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.
• CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Dutch, required

The starting rate for this position is €16.91 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is €16.91 - €16.91 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
