Taylor Financial Recruitment Ltd is helping an international investment management firm recruit an Account Executive in Belgium. You will speak with high-net-worth investors who have expressed interest in the firm’s materials, understand their goals and arrange meetings with regional sales colleagues.

This role offers €34,500 base in Year 1, with uncapped commission, structured training, and a benefits package including healthcare, pension, leave and wellbeing support.

Formación

• Proven ability to build trust and communicate with a diverse audience.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
• No cold calling; warm leads provided.

Overview

Join a supportive, performance-focused team at an international investment management firm. As an Account Executive, you’ll speak with high-net-worth individuals in Belgium who have expressed interest in the firm’s investment materials.

You’ll understand each prospect’s goals, explain the firm’s services and arrange a meeting with a member of the outside sales team. You’ll receive structured training and ongoing support to build your sales skills and develop your career.

• Speak with high-net-worth investors and explain the firm’s value proposition
• Understand prospects’ goals and arrange meetings with regional sales colleagues
• Work with warm leads provided by the marketing team—there’s no cold calling
• Contribute to business growth and help prospective clients explore their financial goals
• Take part in ongoing training and team development
• Native or bilingual Dutch and English
• Sales experience, or a strong interest in building a sales career
• A track record of personal or professional achievement
• The ability to build trust and communicate with a wide range of people
• Confidence presenting ideas and gaining others’ support
• Resilience, curiosity and a willingness to learn from challenges
