This role offers €34,500 base in Year 1, with uncapped commission, structured training, and a benefits package including healthcare, pension, leave and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build trust and communicate with a diverse audience.
• Experience with high-net-worth individuals is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training.
• No cold calling; warm leads provided.

Responsibilities

• Speak with high-net-worth investors and explain the firm’s value proposition.
• Arrange meetings with regional sales colleagues.
• Work with warm leads from marketing.
• Contribute to business growth and help clients explore financial goals.
