Projective Talent, part of Projective Group, is seeking a technical analyst-in-training to translate business needs into detailed specifications and collaborate closely with developers in a highly technical environment.

You’ll learn to analyse requirements, design solutions, and create analyses that support AI-assisted software development while working with APIs and system integrations.

Qualifications

• Master degree in IT/CS/Applied Informatics or related field.
• Gained initial programming experience via first job, internship, traineeship or personal projects.
• Strong technical curiosity with interest in APIs and software design; Dutch and English at a good professional level.

Are you a developer or technical professional who enjoys understanding how systems work together and wants to grow towards analysis?

You'll work in a highly technical environment where APIs, integrations and AI-assisted software delivery play a central role. Rather than building software yourself, you'll learn how to analyse requirements, design solutions and translate business needs into detailed specifications that support modern development processes.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who wants to combine technology, communication and problem solving.

You’ll gradually learn how to:

• Work with APIs and system integrations

• Contribute to innovative projects within a modern technology environment

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a master degree in IT, Computer Science, Applied Informatics or a similar field
• Has gained initial programming experience through a first job, internship, traineeship or personal projectsHas a strong technical curiosity
• Is interested in APIs, integrations and software design
• Enjoys solving problems and understanding how systems work
• Communicates clearly and enjoys collaborating with others
• Is willing to learn and grow in a technical analysis role
• Has a good professional level of Dutch and English
