Your role

As a Functional Analyst, you act as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams. You analyse requirements, challenge assumptions, and translate business needs into clear and actionable solutions.

You will

• Gather, analyse, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional analyses, user stories, process flows, and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects, and testers.
• Conduct impact and gap analyses to support decision-making.
• Support the design and optimisation of business processes and digital solutions.
• Coordinate and support testing activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to Agile projects and digital transformation programmes.

Who you are

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
• You hold a Master's degree or have equivalent experience.
• You combine strong analytical skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• You are comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services
• You have experience documenting functional requirements and business processes.
• Knowledge of SQL, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools is a plus.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and/or French and English.
