Job summary

Projective Group Talent is seeking a Business & Process Analyst to connect business needs with technical delivery within an Insurance & Data Platform. You'll analyze requirements, design solutions and coordinate with stakeholders across teams to translate complex processes into clear specifications.

You will work in a technically focused environment, grow in APIs, integrations and AI-supported development, with coaching and a clear path to permanent client roles after two years.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT, CS, Applied Informatics or similar.
• Initial programming experience from a first job, internship, traineeship or personal projects.
• Strong technical curiosity.
• Interest in APIs, integrations and software design.
• Clear communication and collaboration with others.
• Willing to learn and grow in a technical analysis role.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Are you a developer or technical professional who enjoys understanding how systems work together and wants to grow towards analysis?

You'll work in a highly technical environment where APIs, integrations and AI-assisted software delivery play a central role. Rather than building software yourself, you'll learn how to analyse requirements, design solutions and translate business needs into detailed specifications that support modern development processes.

This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who wants to combine technology, communication and problem solving.You'll work in a relatively small IT organisation where visibility is high, ownership is encouraged and your contribution can have a direct impact on how solutions are built.
