Projective Talent | Part of Projective Group is seeking a Functional Analyst for a leading Belgian insurer. You will translate complex business needs into functional requirements and serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT teams.

You’ll contribute to digital transformation efforts, support testing, and help shape digital services used by brokers, customers, and internal staff. Fluent in English; Dutch or French and English, with Agile experience and knowledge of Jira, Enterprise

Qualifications

• Master's degree in IT or equivalent
• Experience as Functional Analyst or similar role combining business and technical expertise
• Strong analytical skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Familiarity with Jira, Enterprise Architect, and Zephyr test management tools

What you’ll do

• Analyse business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.

Who we’re looking for

• Master's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role combining business and technical expertise.
• Strong analytical skills with a structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Enterprise Architect, and test management solutions like Zephyr.
• Comfortable collaborating with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Able to challenge requirements constructively and drive consensus.
• Fluent in Dutch or French and good understanding of the other
• Fluency in English
