You will own client questions, ensure effective use of the platform, and help users resolve issues quickly while learning our solutions.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of complex product inquiries and guide customers through technical challenges and platform usage.
• Adapt and adjust existing custom configurations tailored to client needs.
• Create and maintain customer-facing support documentation and tutorial videos.
• Reproduce, verify and analyze reported bugs and translate issues for the product team.
• Own end-to-end communication for client issues, keeping users informed even when escalated.
• Develop deep understanding of each client setup to provide proactive support.
• Collaborate with product and Information Security teams to ensure timely, high-quality support.
