Qargo is growing its People & Talent team in Ghent and seeks a Junior Talent Partner to own hiring for Customer Success. You will learn end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to interviews, while building relationships with hiring managers and candidates in a fast-growing SaaS company.

You will source, screen, and interview candidates, create a warm candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding as you grow into a fully-fledged Talent Partner.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recruitment experience; eager to learn.
• Affinity with Customer Success or logistics/transport industry is a strong plus.
• Strong interest in tech, SaaS, or scale-up environments.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Courteous, proactive, and eager to grow skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Team player who collaborates well.
• Motivated to deliver quality, not just speed.

Responsabilités

• Manage recruitment cycle from sourcing to offers, with senior guidance.
• Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Metaview.
• Conduct first interviews focusing on motivation and culture fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for Customer Success roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and keep them informed throughout.
• Contribute to employer branding, job content, and social posts.
