Qargo TMS is seeking a Junior Talent Partner to join the People & Talent team in Ghent. You will own hiring for Customer Success roles and support other teams, learning end-to-end recruitment while gradually taking on ownership of roles.

You'll source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and Metaview, conduct first interviews, and help create a warm, high-quality candidate experience. This is a hands-on growth opportunity in a fast-growing scale-up.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment.
• Affinity with the logistics/transport industry is a strong plus.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Manage the recruitment cycle from sourcing to offers.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Metaview and other channels.
• Conduct first interviews with a focus on motivation, potential, and culture fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for Customer Success roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and keep them informed throughout the process.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and job content.
