Job summary

JobLoom is hiring a Junior Sales Development Representative to join a fast-growing HR-tech SaaS team. Based in Belgium, you will work closely with the founder and growth marketing to build a scalable sales process.

You will master the platform, observe and participate in demos, and progressively run calls and meetings with small businesses. Expect a hands-on, learning-focused environment and rapid growth within 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a business or management school (Solvay, Louvain School of Management, Ephec or equivalent).
• Internship, student job or first professional experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Ambition and willingness to learn are essential.

Responsibilities

• Master the Jobloom tool, understand value propositions and USPs.
• Attend sales demos to learn techniques and customer relations.
• Phone prospecting to qualify leads and book demos with the founder, then independently.
• Conduct client demos after training to become autonomous.
• Master the CRM (Pipedrive) and leverage AI tools to optimize prospecting and emails.
