EY is seeking a Junior Technology Consultant to help expand SAP SuccessFactors practice in Belgium. You will gather requirements, design processes, configure SAP SuccessFactors, run tests, and support workshops with clients.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business or IT.
• Willingness to be involved in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French, with good understanding of the other language.
• Willingness to travel 15-20% of the time.
• Strong interest in AI trends and applying them professionally.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Gather functional/technical requirements and assist in defining the scope of the implementation
• Support solution and process design within the deployed technology

• Prepare and execute test scenarios

• Assist in preparing and conducting workshops with clients

Your Profile

You Have

• A master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business or IT
• Willingness to be involved in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills
• Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies,
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (and good understanding of either Dutch or French),
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 15-20%,
• Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context.

Ideally, You’ll Be Willing To

• Get certified in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Talent Modules
• Be involved in end-to-end implementation of your core module
