Job summary

EY Consulting is seeking a Junior Technology Consultant to help expand our SAP SuccessFactors practice. You will collaborate on technology and business issues within teams, guiding clients toward digital enterprise outcomes and leveraging AI trends.

The role involves gathering requirements, supporting design and testing, and delivering workshops with clients across industries while traveling 15-20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in HR, business or IT.
• Willingness to be involved in SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Ability to research client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices and new technologies.
• Fluency in English and either Dutch or French (and good understanding of either Dutch or French).
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 15-20%.
• Strong affinity with AI and genuine interest in applying new AI trends in a professional context.

Responsibilities

• Gather functional/technical requirements and assist in defining the scope of the implementation
• Support solution and process design within the deployed technology
• Prepare and execute test scenarios
• Collaborate with customer teams to effectively deliver project scope
• Assist in preparing and conducting workshops with clients
• Integrate with the business segment of the team and international EY structures
