Qualifications

• A strong aptitude for Sales and a desire to sell.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements.
• Fluent English and Dutch.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Assist & drive sales in industrial distribution to achieve sales goals and targets.
• Develop strong relationships and networking with existing/prospective customers.
• Plan visits to customers to provide a high level of customer service.
• Assist the sales staff with sales and marketing activities, such as generating leads and proposals.
• Provide customer service via phone and email and respond to inquiries.
• Process orders, verify pricing and availability, and track delivery status.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate deliveries and pickups.
• Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims; resolve customer issues.
• Perform general administrative tasks and ensure safety and quality standards.
