Asenium Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Data Governance Specialist to act as a Responsible AI Consultant, supporting the development of AI solutions in a financial sector environment. The role is hybrid, based in Brussels for an initial 5‑month engagement starting ASAP, with a focus on AI risk management, bias mitigation, explainability, fairness, reliability and governance.

You will collaborate with Legal, Risk and Data stakeholders to align strategy with policies and frameworks, and work

Qualifications

• Experience in governance and AI roles in a legal/regulatory context.
• Ability to identify and manage AI risks from ethical, legal, operational, IT, security and technical perspectives.
• Understanding of EU AI Act and GDPR compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of data & analytics and risk management topics.

Responsabilités

• Act as an independent technical expert on best practices for AI system development.
• Focus on AI risk management including bias mitigation, explainability and fairness.
• Provide guidance to support robust and trustworthy AI systems.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk and Data stakeholders to align strategy with policies.
