Job summary

Colliers Belgium seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead commercial real estate projects from A to Z, coordinating internal teams and external designers and contractors. You’ll drive development, renovation, and fit-out efforts with a focus on schedule, scope, and budget.

You will engage clients, manage RFP processes, and ensure high-quality delivery while promoting sustainable building practices. Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English is essential, along with a background in architecture or

Qualifications

• Language: Dutch/French/English.
• Education: architect, civil or industrial engineer construction or electromechanics.
• Experience: +8 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Knowledge: building techniques (HVAC, electricity, sanitary).
• Nice to have: Breeam/Well/Leed sustainability label assessor.
• Excellent communication skills and client focus.
• Problem solver.
• Able to manage a small internal team (interior architects, assistant project managers).
• Commercial skills to assist in selling projects and convincing clients.
• Software: Office and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client and internal Colliers resources such as assistant project managers and interior architects.
• Manage the RFP process and assist the client in the selection of design teams and the contractors.
• Coordinate the architectural and technical fit-out works through weekly site meetings and visits.
• In case of a building renovation or new construction, supervise the construction process.
• Assist the client in the hand-over before use of the building.
• The main focus of the project manager is to ensure the project stays on track, within scope, timing and budget with excellent stakeholder communication.
