NN is seeking a Junior Product Manager in Brussels to shape product offerings for small businesses and self-employed clients. You will blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution, collaborating with internal teams to develop, govern and launch products while monitoring market trends and profitability.

You will build expertise in business insurance and work with diverse stakeholders across languages. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of business insurance (property, motor, liability, BI, accident, electronics).
• Around 2 years in product management or related role within an insurance company or broker.
• Analytical with a customer-focused mindset and proactive attitude.
• Clear communication and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Fluent in Dutch; good working knowledge of French and English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics or law or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support development and optimization of products/services for small businesses and self-employed clients.
• Contribute to full product lifecycle from concept to launch with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and translate into new product ideas.
• Help define positioning of product offering across distribution channels.
• Analyze market data and customer insights to inform decisions.
• Monitor profitability and suggest product improvements.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
