NN is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the launch of a new activity focused on the professional insurance market for self-employed professionals and SMEs. You will shape and drive the overall approach, leveraging deep non-life insurance knowledge and strong stakeholder management.

Reporting to the Managing Director Non-Life, you will coordinate cross-department teams, manage budgets, recruit talent, and ensure delivery of complex initiatives with a data-driven, customer-centric

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Program Manager in financial services.
• Deep knowledge of the self-employed and SME insurance markets.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership.

Responsabilités

• Develop and own the end-to-end implementation plan
• Define, manage and monitor the project budget
• Determine the required implementation team and cross-department expertise
• Support recruitment across all departments
• Ensure alignment and effective collaboration between teams
• Coordinate training for Operations teams (Customer Care and Claims Handling)
• Refine the commercial approach to ensure effectiveness
• Oversee and guide implementation across departments
