The Position

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to make sure LIZY builds the right thing. You will sit between our business teams and our engineering squads, focusing on product delivery and discovery.

Our engineering teams ship fast, and our Sales, Ops and Care teams have never been clearer about what they need. The gap is in between. Someone has to deconstruct the business problem, decide what is actually worth solving, and then carry it through delivery without losing the thread.

This is not a ticket-writing role. Half your week keeps a squad moving: refining scope, unblocking developers, following through on what ships. The other half goes deep: understanding how a business team really works, challenging the process behind the request, and coming back with a redesign rather than a feature. It is a role for someone early in their product career who is organized enough to run delivery and curious enough to question the the status-quo, taking an active role making LIZY the #1 digital car leasing platform in Europe.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Analyse before we build: You work with Sales, Ops and Care to map their needs. You go deep into understanding how the process actually works today, find where the real friction sits, and define the problem that’s worth solving. You'll interact with every function at LIZY, giving you a transversal view few roles get this early.
• Redesign the process, not just the feature: You challenge the logic behind a request, and when the right answer is a different way of working rather than a new UI, you say so and dare to move forward.
• Run the squad day to day: You keep delivery moving. Backlog in shape, stories refined and scoped, acceptance criteria clear, developers unblocked. You are the person the squad asks when something is ambiguous, and you make the call or get the answer fast.
• Own the change management: You plan the rollout, keep stakeholders aligned, train the teams who will use it, and make sure adoption actually happens. Clean change management is part of the job, not an afterthought.
• Close the loop: You stay close to users, internal and external. You gather feedback after release, check whether the problem was actually solved, and feed what you learn back into the product roadmap.

About You

• You are organized by instinct. You keep track of the details other people drop, and things do not fall through the cracks on your watch.
• You speak business and tech. You can explain a technical constraint to someone in Sales, and explain why an operational edge case matters to a developer.
• You leverage AI in your day to day, to shape your decisions, improve the quality of your work and accelerate the way we build. You are a builder at heart, and find your way through tech to build strong assessments and prototypes.
• You have strong business acumen and can empathize with different areas of an organization. You are curious about how each team is measured and what pressure they are under.
• You go one level deeper than the request. When someone asks for a button, you want to know what happens before and after the button, and why the current way is painful.
• You are comfortable being close to users. Sitting with someone while they work through a task is your idea of research, not an interruption.
• You take feedback well and ask for it often. You are early in your career, you know it, and you would rather be corrected quickly than be right slowly.

Your Profile

• 1-3 years in product, business analysis, operations or consulting. This can be your first role with a Product Manager title if you have already been doing the work under another one.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams in an agile setup: refinement, sprint planning, prioritization, release follow-up.
• You are comfortable with data. You can read a dashboard, question a number that looks wrong, and pull your own answer. SQL is a plus, not a requirement.
• You can map and document a process clearly. Someone who was not in the room should be able to read your work and understand the decision.
• Fluent in English. French or Dutch is a plus, since you will be working daily with Belgian business teams.
• Bonus: exposure to mobility, leasing, fintech or any B2B operations-heavy environment.
