LIZY is a Brussels-based fintech disrupting the European car leasing space. We seek a Corporate Finance Analyst to join our finance team, supporting securitization follow-up, data consolidation, and potential financing rounds across countries.

You will work closely with the Head of Corporate Finance and CFO on strategic analyses, budgeting, and financial planning, shaping the future of our growth and expansion efforts in Europe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of corporate finance experience in a high-growth environment, top-tier consulting firm or corporate/banking setting.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort solving complex problems in a fast-growing company.
• Strong strategic, structured, rigorous approach with high-quality execution.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate follow-up and reporting of the securitization transaction, consolidating data with finance and accounting teams.
• Assist in potential equity, debt and mezzanine financing rounds, including due diligence and materials prep.
• Contribute to strategic development of financing across multiple countries and new market launches.
• Participate in budgeting and forecasting to anticipate future needs and performance.
• Build financial models to project performance and monitor cash flow for liquidity and efficiency.
• Prepare reporting to investors, financial institutions and stakeholders.
• Report to Head of Corporate Finance and collaborate with CFO and local management.

The Position

LIZY is looking for a motivated and polyvalent Corporate Finance Analyst to join our team.

• You'll get an exciting entrepreneurial opportunity to grow within a proven business model backed by strong investors (Alychlo/Marc Coucke, D\'Ieteren and NewAlpha).

• You'll play a coordination role in the follow-up and reporting of the recent securitization transaction, working closely with the finance and accounting teams to consolidate data, prepare reporting and ensure timely follow-up.

• You'll support potential additional equity, debt and mezzanine financing rounds — helping with the screening of parties, due diligence, preparation of materials and follow-up on negotiations and contracting — including the strategic development of financing across multiple countries.

• You'll support the launch of new countries, contributing to strategic analysis, business plan modelling, financing and other workstreams.

• You'll contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process to help anticipate future financial needs and performance.

• You'll build financial models to project future performance and assess the financial impact of various scenarios, and help monitor cash flow to support liquidity and operational efficiency.

• You'll assist in the preparation of reporting to investors, financial institutions and other stakeholders.

• You'll report to the Head of Corporate Finance and work closely with the finance team, the CFO and the local management on a variety of other topics.

• Experience: You have 2+ years of corporate finance experience as a top performer in a high-growth environment, top-tier consulting firm or corporate/banking environment.
