Nexeo is seeking a PMO Support to join the IT/PMO team in Brussels. You will work in a dynamic digital transformation environment, supporting project administration, resource management, financial follow-up, reporting and governance.

Qualifications

• MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook are required.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI is desirable.
• Experience with project reporting and documentation is required.
• Familiarity with PMO tools and governance processes is a plus.
• Strong organisational and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day administrative management of their projects (Planview).
• Assist with project start-up, maintenance and follow-up.
• Coordinate project meetings, minutes, action tracking and follow-up.
• Handle time registration, monthly reporting and invoicing.
• Provide general administrative support to project teams.
• Support audits by organizing required documentation.
• Be a go-to person for Project Managers.
