Nexeo is currently seeking a PMO consultant (Freelance or permanent) for a multinational leader in Belgium. The role involves providing Project Management Office support, documenting project progress, and maintaining SharePoint sites.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of PMO experience, be fluent in English, and show strong skills in Excel. Nexeo offers an attractive salary package and encourages ambitious goals in a fun environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a PMO.
• Fluent in English.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Understanding of Client Service function, preferably PMO related.
• Good understanding of ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of Project Management is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Provide Project Management Office support to the project manager.
• Support documentation tracking and quality review.
• Follow-up on project execution and reporting.
• Maintain the project’s SharePoint site.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
