Job summary

Telekom HBS, part of the Telekom Group, seeks a Junior Project Manager to join its ICT Services team in Belgium. You will support PMO activities, govern IT projects, and help advance Agile practices across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in PMO roles, hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Automate, Jira, SharePoint and related MS tools, and strong communication skills in an international setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a PMO role within IT projects.
• Experience in Agile software development and PM practices.
• Ability to coach teams on PM methods and processes.
• Strong writing and communication skills for clear documentation.
• Good presentation skills and ability to run meetings with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess projects' maturity against the chosen project management methodology and guide teams for compliance.
• Maintain PPMO tooling for planning, status and risk reporting, plus organisation of PM activities.
• Provide guidance to teams on implementing the chosen management methodology and review deliverables.
• Support Project Managers to comply with IT Governance rules.
• Participate in reviews of estimated costs, timescales and resources.
• Prepare and maintain project plans and track activities against plans, delivering regular reports.
• Define and manage the change control procedure and secure approvals from Sponsors.
