BDO Belgium in Zaventem is seeking a Junior Manager Accountancy who will mentor junior colleagues, build strong client relationships, and contribute to year-end closings and financial reporting.

This role offers hybrid work with remote days, a path for leadership growth via BDO Academy, and the chance to work with diverse clients from SMEs to larger organisations, across Dutch and English speaking teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics.
• 4-5 years of proven accounting experience with client management skills
• ITAA certification is a plus; we’ll support your journey
• Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent communication skills; French is a plus
• Proactive, pragmatic team player with leadership potential
• Autonomous yet collaborative approach, managing complex projects while supporting colleagues
