BDO Gent/Roeselare is seeking a Manager Accountancy to lead a professional team and manage a diverse client portfolio. You will drive strategic client partnerships, coach talent, and actively develop new business opportunities through projects and services.

The role requires 8+ years in a similar environment, a Finance/Accountancy degree, and fluency in Dutch and English, with French as a plus. ITAA certification support is available, and a flexible hybrid work model is offered.

• At least 8 years' experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accountancy, or Economics
• ITAA certification is a plus
• Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plus
• Natural leader with proactive, client-focused mindset
• Familiar with Gent/Roeselare region and network expansion
