BDO Namur is seeking a Senior Consultant Accountancy who combines solid accounting expertise with real client advisory skills. You will independently manage client accounts, visit clients regularly, and translate financial data into actionable insights to help businesses grow with confidence.

You will mentor junior colleagues, contribute to interim and annual financial statements, VAT returns, and tax filings, and you will work in a flexible hybrid setup with growth opportunities and ICA/BDO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required in Accountancy, Finance, or Economics.
• At least 2 years of significant accounting experience with solid technical skills.
• ITAA certification is a plus and support will be provided.
• Fluency in French and proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.

What will you be doing?

As a Senior Consultant Accountancy, you'll collaborate closely with managers and partners to:

• Independently manage various client accounts.
• Offer your clients personalised and pragmatic financial advise through regular visits. You’re their go-to business advisor, carrying them from point A to point Z.
• Tackle detailed financial tasks: update clients’ financial results, prepare interim balance sheets, manage VAT returns, and compile annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Develop future talent by mentoring junior colleagues while building your leadership skills.
