BDO Hasselt seeks a Manager Accountancy to lead a skilled team and act as a strategic financial partner for ambitious SMEs and large companies. You will combine entrepreneurial thinking with deep accounting expertise to drive real business impact.

You will manage a diverse client portfolio, coach talent, drive new business, and share expertise through seminars and publications while maintaining a strong presence in the Hasselt region.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role or environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Economics.
• ITAA certification is a plus (we support your journey).
• Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plus.

• Sharing expertise through seminars, conferences, and publications

What do you bring to the table?

You’re looking to make a difference, we’re looking for the following elements to help you get there.

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role or environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Economic
• ITAA certification is a plus (we support your journey)
• Fluent Dutch and strong English; French is a plus

• Familiarity with the Hasselt region and a natural ability to broaden your network
