Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking a Junior IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic international IT team in the heart of Brussels. You will be the first point of contact for end users, ensuring a smooth IT experience across the organization.

Key tasks include hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 troubleshooting, incident handling via the ticketing system, equipment preparation, and supporting onboarding/offboarding. Fluent French and strong English are required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or first experience/internship in IT support.
• Basic knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent French and a good level of English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Providing first-line IT support to employees.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Managing incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
• Preparing and configuring laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Assisting with onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Escalating complex issues when necessary and following up to resolution.
• Delivering excellent customer service to users at all levels of the business.
